Plan routes like a PRO
Thirty job sheets for next week, and you’re juggling Google Maps and Excel to work out who goes where.
With Route Optimisation PRO, you choose the week and the job sheets. Simon divides them across your technicians in the most logical route. You check the proposal and lock it in.
Planned manually: the technician zigzags back and forth
See how to schedule a full week of job sheets in one go.
Schedule a week in just a few clicks
Choose the period, the technicians and the job sheets straight from your job sheet list. At the top, you can see right away whether it all fits: how many hours your technicians have available and how many hours the jobs will take.
You approve the proposal
Simon lays out the week in the weekly overview. Each technician gets addresses that are close together. If it looks right, click Save and it goes straight onto your planning board.
Simon sticks to your agreements
A regular technician for a customer, fixed days per region, a shop that doesn’t open until ten: you set it up once. Breakdowns take priority over maintenance, and Simon only picks technicians with the right skills.
Your customer picks a time that fits the route
Send all your customers one email in which they choose a time themselves. Those times have already been calculated, so every choice fits your technician’s route.
This works together with Customer Portal PRO.
What you gain
- No more juggling Google Maps and Excel.
- Fewer kilometres for your technicians.
- Breakdowns come first, maintenance fills the rest.
- You always have the final say on the schedule.
