Improvements & changes:

A new toggle has been added that allows completed job sheets to be included when selecting a job sheet.

When a date is selected via the date picker on the planboard, the overview now automatically navigates to the selected date, including the “Today” option.

Bugfixes

Fixes:

An issue on iOS where time registrations from 2024 reappeared has been resolved.

Adding articles to a job sheet now works again without loading issues.

Monthly recurring job sheets now correctly update the customer-specific start and end dates again.

• Changing used items on a repeated job sheet now functions correctly.

Improvements & Changes:

• All orders are now evenly divided over the ‘No user’ day planboard during automatic action planning.
• Maintenance can now be scheduled directly from the equipment grid.
• Schedule dates on the equipment grid are now more accurately displayed.

• Phone numbers now display properly when inserting a job sheet.
• The weekly report now shows the correct week when specific days are selected.
• You can now delete multiple rows of surveys and objects on job sheets without issues.
• Adding contacts to a job sheet now works as intended.
• Default email settings for job sheets are now consistent across all platforms.
• The lock timer for editing your own forms is now officially reduced from 300 to 30 minutes

• Important: Archiving job sheets is now significantly more reliable, especially for larger sets. 
• Important: A new upload log is now available specifically for tracking the archiving of job sheets.
• Important: Job sheets are now hidden from the list while they are actively being archived. A new introduction video is now available.

• Flexible Uploads: Attachments now support both upper and lowercase file extensions.
• Mobile Office: Smoother performance and display for the Office Module on mobile.
• Planning Board: Fixed loading issues for new users on mobile devices.
• UI Updates: Several small interface improvements for a cleaner look

* When you are in list view, you will find this option in the upper right corner, next to the filter icon!

We are introducing a new tool we have worked on recently! You will see a 💡 icon on the bottom-left of your screen. When you click on it a form will be open in a new window where you can leave your ideas, wishes and feedback for us!

• Now you can drag & drop and make changes significantly faster and smoother
• Data auditing:

– By selecting one job sheet and clicking on the changes icon, you can see all updates made by your colleagues.
– You can select to see latest adjustments not only on job sheets, but also on used products, time registrations or plannings!
– You can also select a maximum of two updates from the list and compare them which makes it even easier and more clear! The changes will be displayed in a soft red color.

• Non-admin users are not able to open the Calendar Integration connection screen: fixed

• Improvements for archiving: automatic restart in case a job sheet cannot be archived

• Unnecessary waiting time removed: no more waiting time in the planning board when closing a dialog box (gray screens)

• Customer own columns now also available in the Work Address grid
• Job Sheet layout: added option in case a block does not fit the page, to start print on next page

• Several smaller and larger bugs have been resolved
