Are you available by phone?

At the moment, we don’t offer standard telephone support. You can reach us via our Help Centre or by emailing help@simple-simon.com. This allows us to handle your question quickly and efficiently – keeping things simple for both sides!

That doesn’t mean we never make phone calls. If we see that a phone call is the fastest or best solution, our support team will of course get in touch with you. That way, even more complex queries are handled swiftly and effectively.
