A quote, complete with item details from Gripp, is automatically converted into a work order within Simple-Simon. This seamless process saves time, reduces errors, and ensures your team always works with up-to-date information.

When a work order is completed in Simple-Simon, it is automatically archived and sent to Gripp. There, the work order is converted into a draft invoice. The work order PDF, along with any custom forms from Simple-Simon, is automatically linked to the draft invoice or task in Gripp, keeping all information clearly organised in one place.

Simple-Simon retrieves tasks from Gripp and automatically sends them back, including all relevant information.
