Creating a job sheet<\/h2>\n

    Enter your master data(Or integrate it from your accounting software)<\/strong>
    Go to the basic data section, where you can manually add or import customers, work addresses, and articles via Excel. You can also add your own forms, assets, and contacts here.
    The articles you enter here will be available in the Simon App for registering used materials on a job sheet.*<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Create your job sheet and drag it to the desired spot in the schedule<\/strong>
    When you move your mouse over the planner, the cursor changes into a \u201c+\u201d sign. Click on any day\/time to schedule a job sheet. You can create a new job sheet by clicking \u201cNew job sheet\u201d or select an existing one via \u201cSearch job sheet\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    And\u2026 you\u2019re done!<\/strong>
    You\u2019ll now see the job sheet appear in the calendar of the field staff member. This planning is synchronised in real-time with the Simon App. If you schedule a job sheet here, it will automatically appear in the technician\u2019s planning in the app.<\/p>\n

    Executing a Job Sheet with the Simple-Simon App<\/h2>\n

    Once your job sheet is created and scheduled, field service staff can open and start the job sheet via the app.<\/p>\n

    1. Log in and Select the Job Sheet<\/strong>
      \nField service staff log into their dashboard in the app, where they can see all scheduled job sheets. By clicking on a job sheet, they can start recording work hours and materials used.<\/li>\n
    2. Track Travel and Work Hours<\/strong>
      \nWith the Simple-Simon app, field service staff can track travel time and work hours. This ensures accurate data about the time spent on each job sheet.<\/li>\n
    3. Enter Items and Fill Out Forms<\/strong>
      \nThe app allows staff to register items via a barcode or manual entry. They can also fill out forms, such as maintenance reports or completion lists.<\/li>\n
    4. Mark Job as Completed<\/strong>
      \nOnce the job is finished, the field service staff clicks the finish flag. Here, they review the recorded hours and materials used. Everything in order?
